VSee Video Download Installation & Setup

  1. VSee works on most devices and browsers. For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome as your web browser. Be sure to close all other web browser tabs, video conferencing programs, log out of social media accounts, and disable Bluetooth during your VSee Visit. Follow the instructions or view the videos below to get started with VSee.
  2. Please visit help.vsee.com or call (650) 614-1746. VSee support staff hours are from 6AM-6PM PT (Mon-Fri). Close × Waiting Room Notifications.
  3. Optum National Telemedicine Call Center - 1-844-852-9225.Support hours are from 7AM-9PM CT (Mon-Fri) and 8AM-7PM CT (Sat-Sun).

1. Click here to go to the VSee website in new window.
2. Sign up for a FREE account.

Kapag maputol o mahinto ang tawag gamit ang VSEE CLINIC maaari po lamang na mag BOOK APPOINTMENT po ulit gamit ang smartphone sa susunod na available slot. Kapag nagkaroon ng problema sa online na konsulta maaari pong i-message ang aming mga doctor sa ibaba. Sa lahat ng FIRST TIME NA GAGAMIT: 1. Mag register po at gumawa ng account gamit ang Email.

3. Open your email for the link from VSee.

4. Click on the yellow button that says “Complete Signup”.

5. The link will take you back to VSee’s website where you can complete the registration.

6. The next screen is the software download screen. The download should happen automatically. Then follow the installation instructions for either Windows or Mac.

7. Once the software is downloaded and installed, start the application and log in using the information you provided at sign up.

8. Once you've logged in, click on the plus sign in the bottom left to add friends.

9. Enter tiffany@drtiffanygriffiths.com in the 'Enter email address or VSee username' field.

10. To begin a video conference, click the cam corder icon next to the name of the person you want to talk to - Tiffany Griffiths.
