Registration is open for two hands-on, instructor-led classes this spring to help participants learn how to efficiently and effectively use Microsoft Office 365 and its cloud-based environment.

• Microsoft 365 Groups is an email and calendaring service built into Outlook Online. With Groups, you can easily add contacts and share calendars, Planner and OneNote spaces, documents, and other resources without needing to manage distribution lists or shared mailboxes. Using Office 365, users can easily communicate with each other through Microsoft® Outlook® mail and Lync® instant messaging and online meetings. The classes will be offered from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13, and again Tuesday, March 3, at the University of Arkansas Global Campus facility in Rogers, Suite 402, 3300 Market St.

Register online. The cost is $159 per class, but U of A faculty and staff pay only $99 per class. Seating is limited.
